Locations

Pendleton Community Care is proud to operate two of the oldest school-based health centers in West Virginia. Centers were opened at North Fork Elementary and the Pendleton County Middle/High School in 1991. New centers were opened at Franklin and Brandywine Elementary Schools during the 2008-2009 school year.

Current service locations include:
