Pendleton Community Care, Inc. (PCC), a FQHC located in Franklin, WV, seeks licensed behavioral health provider to staff its integrated primary care/behavioral health program based on the Primary Care Behavioral Health Consultation Model. Behavioral health providers co-locate with primary care providers. They will offer acute and short-term interventions using evidence-based behavioral interventions, psycho-education, counseling for health behavior change, case management, and consultation in the primary health care setting.

PCC serves patients of all ages. The position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology, as well as a MINIMUM professional license at the LCSW, LICSW, or LPC level. This position is eligible for benefits and a competitive salary.

Pendleton Community Care, Inc. seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 40 hours per week as a Patient Care Manager at PCC in Franklin, WV. This would also include providing coverage at our satellite sites in Riverton and Harman, when needed. Requirements include good verbal communication skills, and ability to work evenings and Saturdays. Prior experience in patient training, use of electronic health records and emergency care are pluses. Duties can include: administering injections, phlebotomy, obtaining vitals, assisting clinicians with procedures, interviewing patients, managing electronic patient records, following up with quality measures and other related duties as assigned. Pendleton Community Care has an immediate opening for a senior accountant who will work in direct support of the Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate is team-oriented but can also work alone, self-motivated, forward thinking, with a strong emphasis to detail and the ability to independently evaluate financial activity. The role will include maintaining general ledger accounts, performing account reconciliations, preparing financial reports, analyzing and interpreting data, assisting with various reports, and preparing for financial audits. In addition to utilizing accounting software, the Senior Accountant must become fluent in all aspects of health center electronic applications. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Two years of related experience is preferred.  The successful candidate should also have been working in an automated business environment. This is a full-time position with benefits including affordable health insurance and a 401K.
