Pendleton Community Care, Inc. (PCC), a FQHC located in Franklin, WV, seeks licensed behavioral health provider to staff its integrated primary care/behavioral health program based on the Primary Care Behavioral Health Consultation Model. Behavioral health providers co-locate with primary care providers. They will offer acute and short-term interventions using evidence-based behavioral interventions, psycho-education, counseling for health behavior change, case management, and consultation in the primary health care setting.

PCC serves patients of all ages. The position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in social work, counseling or psychology, as well as a MINIMUM professional license at the LCSW, LICSW, or LPC level. This position is eligible for benefits and a competitive salary.

Full time MD/DO opportunity at the Franklin, WV location. We offer loan repayment and relocation assistance. Benefits include Health, Safe Harbor 401k, Malpractice, CME Time & Allowance, 200 PTO Hours, and 9 Paid Holidays. Average patients seen are 11 per 4 hour block. Compensation is competitive, negotiable, and based on experience.
